EdenFit is a unique exercise program designed specifically for individuals who do not want to join a traditional health club or for whom a health club may not be appropriate.
EdenFit Offers Healthy Alternative to the Gym
EdenFit is a supervised exercise program ideal for those who have just competed physical or occupational therapy, cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation, and for those with a health condition such as cardiovascular disease, obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes or arthritis and want a personal plan of exercise to addresses specific health concerns.
The program is also ideal for those who have never exercised before, or are just beginning a new fitness program, and would like guidance in starting an exercise program without the pressures of a health club setting.
Our professional staff includes an exercise physiologist, cardiac technologist and registered nurse to help you continue on the road to recovery, improve your fitness and build strength and stability for a healthy lifestyle.
The Program
EdenFit is offered through Eden Medical Center’s Cardiopulmonary Services Department. Our friendly, encouraging staff will design a personal program of exercise just for you, show you how to use the equipment and teach you how to incorporate a regular exercise routine into your lifestyle.
