Eden Campus: Eden Medical Center offers a full range of medical, surgical and rehabilitative services for the entire family. Eden is the regional trauma center for Southern Alameda County and is home to the Sutter East Bay Neuroscience Center, the Eden Birthing Center, a Community Cancer Center and provides inpatient and outpatient adult psychiatric services.

San Leandro Hospital Campus: San Leandro Hospital has a long-standing commitment to central Alameda County and is dedicated to excellence in patient care, comfort and convenience. Services include emergency care, cardiopulmonary services, vascular medicine, sleep lab services, and minimally-invasive surgery.

Outpatient Rehab Service: The Outpatient Rehab Service is housed in a modern, 10,000-sqare-foot facility and offers a variety of skilled therapeutic services for people needing rehabilitation as a result of any disease or condition, such as arthritis, neurological injuries or surgery that causes a person to be functionally limited. The service is also home to a specialized Hand Therapy Clinic, pool therapy and pulmonary rehabilitation.

Laurel Grove Acute Rehabilitation Hospital: Laurel Grove Hospital is an acute rehabilitation facility offering physical and cognitive rehabilitation services for individuals who have experienced a disabling injury or illness, such as a stroke, joint replacement, head injury or multiple traumatic injuries.
