We appreciate your feedback on the care and service you received while at Eden Medical Cneter. Your comments, suggestions, compliments and cocerns help us improve the quality of our services. Within a few weeks after discharge, a random selection of patients receive our Patient Satisfaction Survey. If you receive a survey, please take the time to complete it and return it to our survey company.
